This page explains who owns what in TamKungZ_ Packages and under which licenses you may use it. It matches the LICENSE file in the repository source.

Repository
TamKungZ_ Packages is a package hosting repository. It provides packages, release files, repository metadata, and related files for download and installation through tools such as apt, dnf, apk, xbps, pacman, Maven, Gradle, and winget.
The repository itself does not determine the license of the projects or packages published through it.
Project licenses
Projects and packages published here may have their own licenses. You can find a package's license in its project repository, documentation, or package metadata, such as a POM file, spec file, or control file.
The license provided by each project applies to that project's source code, binaries, packages, and other artifacts, as specified by that license.
Publishing a project through TamKungZ_ Packages does not replace or change the project's own license.
Packages without a stated license
If a package does not state a license of its own, for example in its metadata, documentation, or project page, all rights in it are reserved by its author.
In that case, downloading a package does not give you the right to copy, modify, redistribute, or build on it beyond what is needed to install and run it. Contact dev@tamkungz.me if you need clarification or permission.
Downloading and use
You may download artifacts from this repository with package managers and dependency managers to install, build, test, or run software, within the license of the package concerned.
Mirroring
Official distribution repositories and established community package repositories may mirror packages from this repository when permitted by the applicable project license.
Do not create unofficial personal mirrors, PPAs, Launchpad repositories, or independently hosted copies of this repository without permission.
Mirroring does not transfer ownership of the packages, projects, repository metadata, names, or branding.

You may not use the TamKungZ_ name or branding in a way that suggests your service, mirror, or software is official or endorsed without permission.
Third-party components
Packages may depend on or bundle third-party software that is under its own license. Those licenses continue to apply to that software, and it is your responsibility to follow them.
